Rose Garden Bingo
Our monthly community bingo returns to Marella Hall. Doors open at 1:30 PM and play runs from 2–4 PM. A 10-game pack is $15, or two packs are $25, with the jackpot game included. Special games, 50/50 and break-open tickets round out the afternoon. Snacks and refreshments available.
$250 jackpot: No one hit the jackpot by the 58th ball last month, so the jackpot rolls over to $250. This month, cover all by the 59th ball to win the full $250 jackpot. If no one covers their card by the 59th ball, play continues for a consolation prize, and the jackpot rolls over again for the next Bingo.

50s Night Fundraiser
A lot of people don’t know this, but we have a time machine at the Rose Garden.
After the success of our 1920s Speakeasy, we’re firing it up again. This time, she’s got tail fins, whitewalls and enough chrome to sink a battleship. We’ve set the dial directly for the 1950s.
Join us in Marella Hall from 6–10 PM for an evening of good food, live music from The Vibrations and plenty of sock-hop spirit. Poodle skirts, saddle shoes, rolled-up jeans, leather jackets, cardigans and letterman sweaters are all welcome. Dressing up isn’t required, but it certainly adds to the fun.
For a few hours, we’ll leave 2026 behind and turn the Rose Garden into another world.
Proceeds benefit the Rose Garden Center for the Arts, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to keeping this historic building alive and filled with music, theater, art and community.

Valentine’s season · Date to be announced
Murder at the Rose Garden: 1895
Step into the Rose Garden for a Valentine’s evening set in the glittering world of 1895. Dress for the Gilded Age if you wish and join us for an elegant Victorian ball filled with music, dancing, food and drink. But somewhere among the evening’s finely dressed guests, something has gone terribly wrong. A murder has been committed, the clues are beginning to surface, and everyone in the room is a potential detective—or suspect. Follow the mystery as it unfolds around you, question the characters you meet, piece together the evidence, and see whether you can solve the crime before the final dance.

COMMUNITY LIFE · JUNE 2026
Community Barbecue
In June 2026, the Rose Garden welcomed Republic for a free community barbecue filled with food, games, contests, prizes and plenty for children and families to do. It was a wonderfully successful day—and a reminder of what can happen when people come together simply to enjoy their community.
COMING IN 2027
The Street Fair Returns — August 2027
And this was only the beginning. We are working toward the return of a beloved local tradition in August 2027. For generations, the Holy Rosary Street Fair brought neighbors together for food, games, entertainment and summer fun. In 2027, the Rose Garden hopes to bring that tradition back in a new form—honoring its history while creating something for the whole community today.
But a street fair takes a community to make it happen. We need volunteers now to help plan it. Join the Street Fair Committee, help organize an activity, lend a hand during the fair, or simply tell us where you would like to help.
Built in 1924 as Holy Rosary Church, this Republic landmark is now home to an independent, secular nonprofit arts organization devoted to theater, music, art, dance, community life and preservation.
After the church closed in 2014, its future became uncertain. In 2023, 113 donors across 11 states came together to help save it. Today the stained glass, paintings, historic pipe organ, pews and architectural character remain in place while new performances, gatherings and memories give the building a new life.
The Rose Garden Center for the Arts is a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and governed by a Board of Directors.
